OUR PLEDGE TO YOU AS A KENNEL OWNER:

Our responsibilities to you and your animals are as follows:

  1. We promise to keep your pet's living space clean and sanitary.
  2. We will provide your pet with cool, fresh water at all times of the day.
  3. We will feed and medicate your pet according to your specific instructions.
  4. We will provide a loving and caring atmosphere for your loved ones.
  5. We will provide clean, soft bedding and a climate controlled atmosphere for
    your loved ones.
  6. We will provide twenty-four hour monitoring for your loved ones as well as
having a veterinarian on call twenty-four hours a day.
Please note and understand the following:
  1. We recommend that you bring your own pet's food if we do not stock that particular
brand of dogfood. Please understand that the changing of a dog's diet, in most cases,
will result in your pet getting diarrhea. This will consist of loss of firmness in the stool
as well as a discoloration in the stool. In some cases, blood may also be prevalent. This
is due in part to the diarrhea but could also be caused by straining. Diarrhea can also be
    caused by nervousness.
  2. a. Nervousness and over activeness can cause your pet to get diarrhea. The most common
causes of diarrhea result from medicines being administered and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
IBS is a disorder that comes and goes. The nerves in the GI tract that become to active cause it.
The GI tract becomes sensitive to food, stool, gas, and stress.
    b. Nervousness and over activeness can cause your pet to lose their appetite and also result
in disrupted sleeping patterns.  Please keep in mind you may notice irregular sleeping / behavior
habits upon arriving home until a normal routine is reestablished.
  3. For the safety of your pet, we will not allow any unauthorized pickups. You are to notify us
prior to leaving if anyone else will be picking up your pet. (HUSBAND, WIFE, SON, DAUGHTER,
NEIGHBOR, ROOMMATE, FRIEND, ETC.) Please understand that your pet's safety and well being
    is our first concern.
  4. Please understand that although we monitor your pet at all times, we cannot control
the behavior of your pet. The following can occur: raw feet, raw noses, tails wagged
raw, sore elbows, shredding of bedding, and hoarseness due to excessive barking. If
we witness such an activity, we will do everything in our power to try to resolve the
situation. That may mean moving them to a different run in hopes they will not be as
playful with their neighbor. Ultimately, your dog’s behavior is his or her behavior.
